The Lake House is located 9 miles down the west side (Route 41A) of Skaneateles Lake. There is 75 feet of lake Frontage and the house is situated on over 1/2 acre. You'll feel like you’re in the Adirondacks, but only 10 minutes away from the quaint Village of Skaneateles.
Inside:
There are 2 bedrooms downstairs with a full bath and a huge sleeping loft upstairs also with a full bath. The loft has a sleeper sofa, futon, love seat and an inflatable bed if needed. Both bathrooms have granite counter tops and full size bathtubs. Linens are provided. There are two TV's, a 32" downstairs and a 20" upstairs in the loft. Also provided is a DVD player.
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances (Gas Range / Dishwasher / Refrigerator / Microwave). Also provided is a coffee maker, toaster, & blender.
Outside:
There is a 36' x 14' deck with a marble top table that seats six, several other chairs and a relaxing 3 person swing that converts into a bed. Also provided is a Vermont Castings gas grill. The lot is over 1/2 acre. There are two fire pits.
Water Frontage:
We have 75' of lake frontage with a new 30' dock, mooring for a boat, and two kayaks.
